| Upon approval and customer acceptance of a loan, a payment plan is agreed upon by the customer and GreenSight Funds. If the customer is unable to make their scheduled payment, they have been encouraged to cover as much as possible on the pay date.
GreenSight Funds does permit Renewals or ‘Rollovers’ however , we usually do not encourage this practice.
Our goal is always to help bridge the gap before the next payday without high priced bank fees. Should you feel you'll want to renew financing, our renewal process is easy and hassle-free. GreenSight Funds does not automatically renew loans. The client must request renewal in writing or a telephone request.
Please be advised, all payment change requests should be submitted no later than noon one business day before the original deadline. Renewal fees vary from $20 to $30 per $100 loaned. The renewal process we can move the deadline of the loan to another established pay date. We also offer a pay down plan which encourages our customer to pay down 10% or more of principle loan amount on their deadline.
Customers can request a new loan by submitting a fresh application on our website when the previous loan is paid completely. Nevertheless , we require 3 day waiting period before a new loan is offered.

Prior to a loan being funded, clients will be contacted by way of a GreenSight Funds representative to talk about due dates and a payment schedule.
Payment reminders are sent via email several days ahead of the payment is due to notify the consumer and also to ensure the consumer has available funds. If the client finds that they're struggling to make the payment, extension fees are available at $5. 00 daily up to and including maximum of six (6) days. Standard fees will be doubled if the payment is extended beyond the sixth (6th) day for customers on a bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay frequency. Standard fees will undoubtedly be halved for payments extended for seven (7) days and doubled past seven (7) days.
*Please note: Failure to notify GreenSight Funds about insufficient available funds at the least a day prior to a payment deadline, will result in a non-payment (default) and can incur a $25. 00 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee charged for your requirements.
